"Brokeback Mountain" was everything people said it was and more. Focus Features never puts out a bad movie, well almost never (sorry, "Ice Harvest"). Ang Lee definitely deserved the Oscar he won for best director in this great story of two sheepherders, Ennis (Heath Ledger) and Jack (Jake Gyllenhaal), who fall in love. The acting and the screenplay were enough to make this film great, but Ang Lee stepped in and made magic to produce a film that should go down in history. The acting had to be the best part of this movie, though. It was absolutely incredible. The love and pain that all the characters went through was so real. Anne Hathaway and Michelle Williams co-star as the wives of Ennis and Jack.
